How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your HyMarkets Capital account by email or through support.
Option 1: Email Support (Recommended)
Email support@hymarketscapital.com
Use the email address registered on your account for faster verification.
Option 2: Use Portal Support
Log in to the Client Portal, then contact support or use the available account settings/support channels.
Information to include in your request
- Registered account email address
- Full name on the account
- Phone number (if available on file)
- Reason for deletion request (optional)
- Confirmation that all open positions are closed and available balances have been withdrawn (where applicable)
Before deletion can be completed
- Open trades/positions may need to be closed.
- Pending deposits/withdrawals/disputes may need to be resolved.
- Identity verification may be required to confirm ownership of the account.
What is deleted vs retained
We will process deletion/closure of your account and remove or anonymize data where possible. However, some records may be retained as required by law, regulation, AML/KYC obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and audit requirements.
Processing time
Deletion requests are reviewed by support/compliance. Processing time depends on verification status, account activity, and legal obligations. We may contact you for additional confirmation before completion.
