Refund Policy
1. General Principle
Refunds are handled subject to applicable law, platform rules, anti-fraud controls, AML/KYC requirements, and the specific terms governing the service used. Trading losses, market losses, or executed trades are not refundable.
2. Deposits
- Deposits may be subject to verification and compliance review before crediting or withdrawal availability.
- If a deposit is credited in error, duplicated, or identified as suspicious/fraudulent, HyMarkets Capital may reverse or hold the amount pending investigation.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in temporary account restrictions during review.
3. Withdrawals vs Refunds
Where permitted and operationally available, customer balances are generally returned through the normal withdrawal process, not through ad hoc refunds. Withdrawal requests may require completed KYC verification and source-of-funds checks.
4. Fees and Third-Party Charges
Network fees, bank fees, payment processor fees, and intermediary charges may be non-refundable. Any refund approved may be net of third-party fees already incurred.
5. Exceptional Cases
HyMarkets Capital may review refund requests arising from technical issues, duplicate charges, or operational errors. Approval is not guaranteed and may require supporting documentation.
6. How to Request a Refund Review

Use Client Portal and check your transactions/notifications first.
Email Support
Email support@hymarketscapital.com with your account email, transaction ID, amount, payment method, and reason for review.
7. Processing Time
Review times depend on the payment method, compliance checks, and the availability of supporting evidence. HyMarkets Capital may request additional information before making a decision.
